Annual projects include managing three audits, including the resulting Form 990 filings, charitable registrations, and Maryland Form 1 filings, and the annual budgeting process, including mid-year projections.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and the ability to structure and synthesize data, will be essential to this role.įinance Project Management – This position will assist in managing multiple annual and ad hoc projects. The Fund’s clients use Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, APS, Salesforce, and Tallie as central systems. There is a strong preference for candidates who have creative problem-solving skills within a system and process-oriented framework. The successful candidate will have experience in working with large datasets in a multi-system environment up to and including providing reconciliations between multiple systems.Īdditionally, this position will require the ability to manipulate large data sets and assist end-users. This position will assist in maintaining the integration between the various systems to ensure data integrity across all platforms and the completeness of the financial records. A significant function of those systems is to funnel accurate financial information into the accounting system. Tasks will include recurring journal entries, AR and AP process management, and balance sheet reconciliations during the month-close process. Role and ResponsibilitiesĪccounting – Full cycle nonprofit accounting responsibilities. This position reports to the Director of Finance and will collaborate with our fiscal sponsorship colleagues and fiscally sponsored clients. To support the needs of the fiscal sponsorship program, including managed services, and the organization, we seek a full-time Accountant. We process over $50M in expenses and associated revenue each year. One way the Fund expands resources is through our fiscal sponsorship program.
